When you order an outdoor room online, rest assured it will be delivered via curbside delivery. This means it will be delivered in a large vehicle – often a transport truck if they can go on your road.
The carrier will call ahead to schedule a deliver time. Please know that someone must be home to accept the delivery. When the driver pulls up, a lift gate will be used to lower the product.
The driver will then move the product to the end of your driveway.
If you know of a unique delivery requirement, please include them in the Additional Information section of your order (ex. Gravel road, low hanging wires, no turn-around opportunities for delivery trucks).
Your order will typically ship within 3 business days. Once shipped delivery can be up to 3 weeks. (Remote areas and scheduling could add additional transit time)
DELIVERY APPOINTMENT (OUTDOOR STRUCTURES ONLY)
Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with all relevant tracking information. The freight carrier will contact you by phone you provided at the time of your purchase to schedule a delivery appointment.
NOTE: They will not deliver your item until an appointment has been scheduled with you first.
Accessories with be dropped off at your door without a scheduled appointment.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
The driver will only deliver curbside. This means the carrier will only deliver your structure to the end of your driveway.
Please inspect the freight upon arrival. If there are any concerns, please email the support team right away
It is important to verify all pieces are accounted for. If there are 3 boxes for your order, ensure there are 3 boxes on the pallet. If anything is missing, please note on the Bill of Lading (or delivery receipt), and email customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at 1-888-509-4382.
If there appears to be damage upon receipt, please make note on the Bill of Lading and take pictures of the freight. Please attach the pictures on an email to the support team along with a picture of the Bill of Lading. In the rare case of damage, replacement parts ship out the next day at no additional cost.
DOES YARDISTRY OFFER INSTALLATION?
No, Yardistry does not offer installation.
Returns will be accepted 30 days after receipt of goods at no additional cost if in the original packaging. Please refer to your manufacturers warranty for returns after 30 days. For return requests or questions please contact Shop@yardistrystructures.com
Signing your delivery receipt without noting any damages legally states that you have received your freight in good condition.
